CYLINDER FILLING SYSTEM
(l) Five station 20# cylinder filling system with:
A. Five (5) - 100# scales for hazardous location.
B. Five (5) - Automatic shut-off valving systems with necessary hose, adapters and fittings.
C. One (1) - Hood over the filling system to attach to existing exhaust system.
D. One (1) - 40" wide by 150" long by 30" high table that support scales, valves, switches and piping.
(2) Furnish l (1) - Cylinder processing conveyor system for the five station 20# cylinder filling system as follows:
A. Two hundred (200) feet - rail style conveyor.
B. Eighty (80) - attachments for carrying 20# cylinders.
C. Thirty-six (36) - 6" bracket supports for attaching conveyor, hooks, hoods and supporting the weight of 20# cylinders filled with product and spaced 30" apart.
D. Four (4) - 1/2hp, single phase, 220volt explosion proof motors to move conveyor and load around system.
E. Fifty feet (50) - Enclose around that part of the conveyor that is exposed to the outside.
OPTION: Manual type of roller conveyor that cylinders can be pushed from the empty cylinder area to the gas house, and then from the gas house to the cylinder storage building.
PUMPING SYSTEM PROPOSAL
(3) Required one (1) - 2" Pneumatically operated Internal Valve to be located in an existing storage tank and suppling liquid HAPS to the pump assemblies.
(4) Required are two (2) Corken F14 pump assemblies as follows:
A. Corken F14-28 gpm pump.
B. Corken B-166 1" by-pass valve.
C. Fisher 98H Relief Valve for maintaining pressure to fill line.
D. 2" strainer to pump.
E. Vibration reducing motor to pump coupler.
F. Steel base plate for mounting on concrete pad.
G. Valves, back checks, relief valves, piping, pipe fittings and gauge in pump assembly designed for aerosol propellant filling system.
(5) Required piping as follows:
A1. 2" x 10' sch 80 pipe from pump opening tank #1 to pump assembly #1 and pump assembly #2.
B1. 1" x 20' sch 80 pipe from pump assemblies return to tank #1.
C1. 1 1/4" x 75' sch 80 pipe from pump assemblies to enable valve and filter assembly #1 outside of gas house.
D1. 1" x 25' sch 80 pipe from enable valve and filter assembly #1 to gassing table inside of gas house.
E. Pipe supports for above ground piping 2 feet above grade and to be supported no less than every eight (8) feet.
(6) Required isone (1) - 1 1/4" enable valve and micro filter assemblies for the liquid hydrocarbon. This unit is installed outside of the gas house and is supplied with the necessary manual valving to isolate the filter for servicing. The bleed off valves can also supply the maintenance crew with the ability to bleed the hydrocarbon lines inside the gas house in a safe manner.
